Here is some food into the culinary culture of the city
of Jakarta (Betawi). Typical
Betawi food is very diverse, therefore I write Betawi traditional foods that
suit the tastes of my tongue.
1. Gado-Gado
Gado-gado Betawi traditional food is where all the

Kerak Telor
This food is made from ingredients such
